| ENTRIES |
The entry fee of $60.00 per gymnast must be postmarked on or after November 1, 2007. Please make checks payable to Judges Cup. Faxes accepted with a copy of your check. The hard copy and the same check must be mailed that day. This meet usually fills rapidly. If necessary, entry order will be determined by the postmarks on the envelopes. |
| LATE FEES |
Invitational entries not postmarked or faxed by February 4, 2008 are subject to the $10.00 per gymnast late fee. Sectional entries not postmarked or faxed by February 4, 2008 will be subject to a $25.00 late fee per gymnast. |
| LEVEL CHANGES |
Since some athletes will change levels prior to the meet, changes may be made until December 31, 2007. Changes in level after this date are charged $5.00 per gymnast level change fee. Please send an e-mail address for your club on the entry form in case we need to contact you. |

State entries are due at the conclusion of the meet if you choose to use the score as a state qualifier. A sectional entry form with all necessary information (qualifying score, date, location) must be submitted by February 4, 2008 if you choose to use this meet as a state qualifier. All sectional entry rules apply. Late sectional entries will be subject to a $25.00 late fee per gymnast. No state entries accepted without the accompanying entry fee (one check to VAUSAG per club). Please refer to the state handbook. |
